Engineering Housing Maintenance Shop – Fort Carson, CO
iiCON Construction was once again selected by the Colorado Department of Military and Veterans Affairs and the Colorado National Guard to deliver a new maintenance support facility at Fort Carson. This 5,301-square-foot pre-engineered metal building was constructed to house a vehicle work bay, open shop area, administrative office, and restroom. The site development included gravel drive lanes and concrete ADA-compliant parking stalls to meet access requirements. Designed to support operational readiness and facility efficiency, this project reflects iiCON’s continued commitment to providing reliable construction solutions for military and government clients.
