Florence JR/SR High CTE Building – Fremont RE-2 School District
As part of the Fremont RE-2 2022 Bond Projects, iiCON Construction and CSNA Architects collaborated to deliver a new 11,942-square-foot Career and Technical Education (CTE) facility at Florence JR/SR High School. This purpose-built structure supports the district’s expanded programming goals by housing a modern carpentry shop, welding shop, paint booth, classrooms, a design lab, and a student-run retail space. Designed to foster real-world learning, the facility enhances hands-on education while offering students opportunities to develop and market their creations. The project reflects a long-term investment in workforce readiness and community engagement.
