Fountain Valley School – New Athletic Center Colorado Springs, CO
As part of Fountain Valley School's master plan, iiCON Construction partnered with CSNA Architects to design and build a state-of-the-art athletic complex tailored to the school's elite academic and athletic programs. This 60,000-square-foot ground-up facility serves as a comprehensive wellness and athletic hub for students, faculty, and visiting teams. The center features an eight-lane competition swimming pool with diving capabilities, a U.S. Climbing Champion–designed climbing gym, a multi-sport gymnasium for basketball and volleyball tournaments, a fitness and training center, and ample support spaces including locker rooms, storage, concessions, and a student lounge. Advanced technology within the facility allows for live broadcasting of athletic events to families around the world. This project also included infrastructure upgrades to support future campus growth.
