Fountain Valley School – New Maintenance Facility

As part of Fountain Valley School of Colorado’s first master plan phase, iiCON Construction partnered with CSNA Architects to deliver a state-of-the-art 16,000-square-foot Maintenance Facility. Designed to support campus operations long into the future, the new facility houses offices, meeting rooms, a break room, and multiple specialized workspaces. The building includes dedicated areas for carpentry, small engine and appliance repair, and key management, as well as a bus maintenance bay. Strategically planned storage zones accommodate electrical, plumbing, painting, soft goods, and furniture supplies. As a pre-engineered structure, the facility was efficiently constructed while maximizing long-term durability and functionality. The success of this project solidified iiCON’s ongoing relationship with Fountain Valley School, leading to additional completed and future campus projects under the same collaborative team.
