Pikes Peak Community College – North ADA Drop-Off and Window Replacement

This project improved accessibility and campus functionality through a complete redesign of the student drop-off area and ADA parking. iiCON Construction removed existing pavement and landscaping to construct a safer, more efficient drop-off zone while minimizing disruption on this active college campus. In addition to sitework, the project included the full replacement of all windows on the three-story Aspen Student Center. This work was carefully staged and executed using exterior lifts to avoid interfering with daily student and faculty activity. Coordination was essential to maintain campus operations throughout the duration of construction. The project also featured a redesigned east entrance, replacing the existing doors and expanding the curtain wall to span two full stories, enhancing both natural light and campus aesthetics.
